1 General Terms & Conditions

By using 9oxo.org ("Platform", "we", "us"), you ("member", "user") are deemed to agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are effective from January 2026 and supersede all previous terms.

9oxo may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on 9oxo can be made via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. The key payment rules are outlined below:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• Please ensure you include the correct reference number and amount when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed, but any remaining wallet balance can be withdrawn.

4 Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum weekly withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during an investigation into suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on 9oxo are governed by the conditions below. Claiming a bonus automatically constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is specified separately for each bonus.
• If the requirements are not met on time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise specified.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• Upon direction from a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
